Refund and Return Policy

At Fernanda Fierro Art, we want your experience to be excellent. If you need to request a refund, here’s what you need to know:

Returns:

  • You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your artwork or product.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging or an equivalent.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be approximately 90% of the purchase price and will be processed within 12 business days after receiving the product.

Eligible Refund Cases:

  • The product received is incorrect or different from what you purchased.
  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • The customer has been a victim of fraud.
  • Unauthorized charge or payment you did not request.

How to Request a Refund:
Send an email to hello@fernandafierro.net within 5 business days of:

  1. The date you were supposed to receive your product.
  2. The date you received a defective or incorrect product.
  3. The date you discovered an unauthorized charge or fraud.

Please include your order details and, if applicable, photos of the product. We will process your request quickly and transparently.
