Refund and Return Policy
At Fernanda Fierro Art, we want your experience to be excellent. If you need to request a refund, here’s what you need to know:
Returns:
- You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your artwork or product.
- The product must be returned in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging or an equivalent.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be approximately 90% of the purchase price and will be processed within 12 business days after receiving the product.
Eligible Refund Cases:
- The product received is incorrect or different from what you purchased.
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The customer has been a victim of fraud.
- Unauthorized charge or payment you did not request.
How to Request a Refund:
Send an email to hello@fernandafierro.net within 5 business days of:
- The date you were supposed to receive your product.
- The date you received a defective or incorrect product.
- The date you discovered an unauthorized charge or fraud.
Please include your order details and, if applicable, photos of the product. We will process your request quickly and transparently.
